Managed teams to be efficient in meeting deadlines. Organized
and contacted people for travel logistics. Coordinated details for
teams on events, celebrations, big hall dinners, and formal meetings.
Leadership Seminars and Classes
Sukayna attended classes that focused on developing strong and concrete qualities to be a leader. These capacity building classes were mentorship and training from professionals to, "inspire, train, and empower a generation of well-rounded leaders who will contribute to advancement."

Workshop Retreats
Sukayna occasionally travels with many different people from all around who come together to continue developing skills and qualities to be a leader. Professionals from around the country and a leadership coach shared and taught techniques of how to empower oneself as well as taking charge of a growth mindset.
App Creation
This app, purely a draft, was created by Sukayna and a team of other students to help those who are lacking in spiritual health and everyday motivation.
Thier ambition drove their idea to be sponsored and then presented to a panel of professionals. Sukayna would like to develop the idea of this app further in the future.
Certificate
This certificate was awarded to Sukayna this past Fall, 2021, for completing the Inspire Multiday Workshop, as part of the development program targeted for university students and young professionals.
